Code of Ethics

I. Guidelines for Submission and Review

1. Submission Requirements
TAIOP welcomes original papers that align with the theme of the current year's conference or fall within fields such as industrial and organizational psychology, human resource management, or organizational behavior. The format of submissions may include empirical studies, conceptual papers, or literature reviews. "Original papers" refer to manuscripts that have not been previously presented at any scholarly conference or published in any academic journal or book in any language.

2. Submission Policy
The TAIOP annual conference adheres strictly to international publication standards. Double or multiple submissions are not permitted. Thus, the same data and results may only be used in a single paper. An exception may be granted if the data has been reinterpreted or reanalyzed in a significantly innovative manner; in such cases, the authors must communicate with TAIOP proactively. Additionally, if multiple independent reports stem from the same research, the authors must disclose to TAIOP, and the papers should reference each other appropriately.

3. Review Process
The Review Committee will evaluate submissions based on their relevance to the conference theme and related research fields, the quality of the abstract, venue arrangement, and time constraints. For symposium submissions, the Review Committee will conduct a collective review of all submitted abstracts to ensure the thematic coherence and consistency of the session.

4. Eligibility for Presentation
For accepted abstracts, presenters must register for the conference registration before the early bird deadline. Failure to do so will result in the disqualification of the submission.

II. Presentation Format

Submissions in Chinese must be presented in Chinese; submissions in English must be presented in English. Information (including manuscript content and author information) with the corresponding language (Chinese / English) must be provided upon submission.

1. Individual Submissions
Each individual may submit up to three abstracts. The language of the submitted abstract and presentation may be either Chinese or English.

2. Symposium Submissions
Authors may organize a symposium comprising three to five research papers. The abstracts may be submitted in either Chinese or English. (Authors involved in symposium submissions are not subject to the three-abstract limit for individual submissions.)
